1. Who we are and what these terms apply to
The site fepra.ro is operated by FEPRA EPR S.A., registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/8572/2016, tax ID (CUI) 36226999, with its office at Șos. Pipera 46d-46e-48, Oregon Park, Building A, 6th floor, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania, a producer responsibility organisation (PRO) that implements extended producer responsibility obligations for packaging, operating licence no. 10 of 2019. Below, "FEPRA" or "we".
These terms apply to anyone who visits the site. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Service contracts concluded with FEPRA or with companies in the group have their own conditions, which take precedence over this page. The client reporting platform, reached through the "Reporting" button, is a separate application with its own terms.
2. What you find on the site
- Information about the FEPRA Group's services: taking over packaging obligations (PRO), recycling, collection and environmental consulting, together with news, articles, job openings and contact forms.
- Explanations of environmental legislation (extended producer responsibility, the contribution to the Environmental Fund, the deposit return system, the PPWR regulation). These are general information, not legal advice. Legislation changes; before taking a decision, check the official text or ask us.
- The cost calculator and the published tariffs are indicative. The result is an estimate based on the data you enter and on the tariffs valid on the date shown on the page, and it does not constitute a contractual offer. The commercial conditions are those in the signed contract.
We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. If you notice a mistake, write to us at office@fepra.ro.
3. How you may use the site
You may visit the site and read, print or save pages for personal use or for internal use within your company, citing the source. You may not:
- copy, republish or distribute the content for commercial purposes without our written consent;
- use the forms for unsolicited messages, unlawful content or false data;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to the systems behind it, disrupt its operation or extract content automatically (scraping) without our consent.
When you submit a form or apply for a job, you confirm that the data is accurate and that you have the right to provide it, for example the details of the company you represent.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, diagrams, video material and structure of the site belong to FEPRA or are used with the authors' consent, and are protected by copyright and trade mark legislation. The FEPRA name and logo are trade marks of FEPRA. The logos of clients and partners displayed on the site belong to their owners and appear only as references, with their consent. The press articles we link to belong to the respective publications.
5. Forms, e-mail and personal data
The forms on the site are provided by HubSpot. What we do with the data you send us through forms, e-mail or job applications is described in the privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms. Do not send through the forms confidential information that is not needed for your request: communication over the internet is never completely secure.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to sites of authorities, publications and partners, and to the reporting platform. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; each has its own terms of use and privacy policy.
7. Availability and security
We strive to keep the site available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We take reasonable security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), hosting with protection against attacks, periodic checks. We cannot, however, guarantee the absence of any harmful element, so please use up-to-date antivirus software.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FEPRA is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, from errors in the information published or from decisions taken solely on the basis of it, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the legislation changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date above.
10. Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is first resolved amicably; if that is not possible, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro.
