Partner collectors get access to the FEPRA 2.0 reporting platform, built specifically for them. No more tables sent by e-mail and no more documents redone from one month to the next.
- Simplified monthly traceability reporting. You upload only the documents of deliveries to recyclers, once a month, and the platform links them to the reported quantities.
- Summary statements and annexes generated automatically. The summary statements and annexes for the monthly reports are generated from the data entered, without redoing them by hand.
- The invoice annex, calculated automatically. The amount FEPRA EPR has to pay you is calculated automatically, from the validated quantities, and the invoice annex is ready to download.
- The file index, ready made. The platform generates the list of documents that must be in the physical file, so you can close it without hunting for what is missing.

Permits
Stay authorised without keeping the deadlines in your head
The environmental permit is endorsed every year, and the endorsement application must be filed in good time with the county Environmental Protection Agency (APM), the authority that issued the permit. A missed deadline means suspended activity and quantities we can no longer validate. FEPRA EPR helps you manage your environmental permits and annual endorsements: the platform shows the exact number of days until expiry and warns you automatically, four times.

Your glass and PET can go straight to the group's plants
Partner collectors can sell glass cullet and PET bales directly to FEPRA Recycling, without intermediaries. For other fractions, the Waste management division picks up and transports.

What collectors ask us
Who can become a FEPRA EPR partner collector?
Economic operators authorised to collect packaging waste, and local authorities through their sanitation operators. The basic condition is a valid environmental permit for the activities carried out.
What documents do I upload every month?
Only the documents of deliveries to recyclers: the tax invoice for the sale of the recyclable material and the loading-unloading form (FID) or Annex II, for deliveries abroad; in some cases also the goods delivery note. The waste purchase documents stay with you, with a declaration that you send them to us within 5 days if an authority asks for them.
How is the amount FEPRA EPR pays me calculated?
Automatically, from the quantities validated in the platform. The invoice annex is generated in FEPRA 2.0, you issue the invoice based on it, and payment is made on the date in the contract.
What happens if my environmental permit expires?
The platform shows you the days left and warns you 70, 23, 7 and 1 day before, so that you file the documents for the annual endorsement with APM on time. Without a valid permit, quantities cannot be validated.
