Bucharest, 22 January 2026. FEPRA, a group of circular-economy companies in Romania, announces the strengthening of its executive team with the appointment of Nineta Ceauș as Chief People Officer and of Ionuț Eriksen as Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer, at a key moment of consolidation for the company. Both roles carry board-level responsibilities.
The appointments come at a stage of accelerated maturing for FEPRA, supported by industrial investment, the diversification of its business lines and the consolidation of the group's position as a one-stop shop for circular-economy solutions, from consulting and services for meeting environmental obligations to collection, digital traceability, recycling and the production of secondary raw materials.

In his new role, Ionuț Eriksen will lead the Corporate Affairs & Communications department, with a strategic role in developing FEPRA's operations at local and European level, attracting funding and grants, strengthening institutional relations and supporting growth initiatives. With more than 22 years of experience in executive leadership and strategic management, he has led organisations in industries such as healthcare, financial services, publishing, real estate and telecommunications.
Ionuț Eriksen will also become a partner in Flat White Economy Investment, alongside Ionuț and Dana Georgescu, the investment company that owns the FEPRA Group and is active in business development and entrepreneurial education. This involvement reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and his focus on projects with an impact on society.

Nineta Ceauș, the new Chief People Officer, will lead people development, the strengthening of the leadership team and the building of an organisational culture that supports performance, adaptability and sustainable growth. With more than 25 years of experience in developing teams and organisations and a background in sociology, psychology and pedagogy, Noni is known for her pragmatic and balanced approach to change management.
