Small and medium-sized companies
- You pay only for the packaging you declare. No contract administration cost, no subscription for the application, no minimum invoice. The per-kilogram fee is all you pay.
- Fixed fees all year. The fee in the contract stays the same from January to December. You can budget your environmental cost from the start.
- The longest reporting window on the market. You declare the quantities any time between the 1st and the 20th of the month, 20 days instead of a few.
- A client relations team, included. After signing, a colleague from the client relations team walks you step by step through your first report and answers whenever you have a question. People, not robots. Support is included in the fee.
- Reporting takes a few minutes. In FEPRA 2.0 you enter the quantities, the platform checks them and prepares your data for the AFM declaration. You have access at any time, 24/7.
- Contract signed electronically, in 3 steps. You fill in the form, receive the contract and sign it from your phone. No digital signature needed.
- We keep you informed. When the legislation changes or new deadlines appear, you get a short briefing with what concerns you.
For sustainability, finance and legal teams
Large companies and groups
- Full, auditable traceability. The waste circuit, with documents for every tonne, available in the platform. Proof of real recycling, not just of contracting.
- Independent external audit, every year. Our figures are checked by an external auditor, beyond AFM's inspections.
- Annex 3, right after validation. You do not wait for the end of the period: the report is generated once the data is validated, together with the filing instructions.
- The carbon footprint of your packaging. You receive the certificate with the CO2 emissions avoided by recycling your packaging, ready to use in ESG reporting.
- PPWR declaration of conformity, for each packaging item. For the new European regulation, FEPRA 2.0 generates the declaration of conformity at SKU level, from the data you already have in the platform.
- Support at AFM inspections, with the PRO documentation. Contract, annexes, proof of recycling and the history of declarations, made available when AFM asks for them.
- Own recycling plants. Part of your PET and glass packaging is actually recycled in the group's plants, in Brad and Buftea.

Three situations where the difference shows
Your first report
You signed on the 10th of the month. A colleague from the EPR team sends you your login details and a short guide, you go through the packaging classification together, and the first declaration is ready before the deadline.
The AFM inspection
The inspector asks for proof of recycling for last year. From the platform you download the contract, the annexes and the validated monthly reports; whatever is missing, we send you the same day.
ESG reporting
The sustainability department needs the emissions avoided by recycling the packaging. The CO2 certificate and the tonne-level traceability go straight into the report.

What we do not do
- We do not attend the AFM inspection in person. We provide you with all the PRO documentation and answer the inspector's questions through you.
- We do not pick up waste from your premises. For that there is the group's Waste management division, under a separate contract.
- We do not file declarations in your place. The AFM declaration is filed from your company's account, with the data validated by us.

Before you sign
Are there hidden costs or a minimum invoice?
No. You pay the per-kilogram fee for the declared quantities. No contract administration cost, no platform subscription, no minimum invoice.
Can I switch to FEPRA from another PRO during the year?
Yes. The contract with us starts on the signing date, and the earlier quantities stay with the previous PRO. We help you make sure no month is left uncovered.
What happens if I do not manage to report by the 20th?
Call or write to us and we find a solution so that your AFM declaration is filed on time, but please do not make a habit of it.
